Shipping & processing

The processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@luminapro.co. An order can only be canceled if the warehouse has not dispatched your order. 

Please keep in mind that our customer service team is working to get through all your requests in a timely manner.

All our products and lamps are tested before delivery. Our products are double packaged with a wood frame and specifically designed corner protectors to ensure safe delivery. It is important to save the original packaging for any return or warranty claims.

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.

Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance. 

If your item becomes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit - you can file a claim with route directly at this page: https://claims.route.com. Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

What is PayBright?
PayBright is Canada’s leading installment payment platform, providing shoppers with buy now, pay later solutions at their favourite retailers, both in-store and online.By selecting PayBright as a payment method at checkout, customers can enjoy their purchase immediately, while spreading their payments over time.

How do I sign up?
If your basket is eligible for “Pay in 4” with PayBright (for orders over $35 and below $1,000 CAD, including taxes and shipping), the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your SMS-capable Canadian phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your identity. You’ll then set up your payment method with PayBright and accept the terms of your payment plan.Your purchase will be split into four equal payments. The first is due upon purchase. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your debit or credit card every two weeks.

Where can I use PayBright?
You can use PayBright on luminapro.com at checkout.

Are there requirements to use PayBright?
Yes. You’ll need:

• To be 18+ years old

• To be a resident of Canada

• A Canadian Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card (your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo)

• An SMS-capable Canadian phone number •

To meet the minimum cart size ($35 CAD) required to use PayBright as a payment option at checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted?
PayBright currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Debit cards must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

What if I can’t make a payment?

Are there late or NSF fees?

No, there aren’t any added costs when using PayBright as a payment method.

What if I make a return?

How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?
Purchases made using PayBright are subject to Lumina Pro's standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by Lumina Pro and your PayBright balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. If you have already made payments, those will be refunded to you by PayBright. For information on returns, review Lumina Pro's return policy.

Will orders be held for shipment until all pay installments are completed?
No. Orders will not be held for shipment and will follow our standard shipping and handling timelines.

Yes, the lamp bulbs are included in the price and are packed inside the mirror frame. 

All makeup artists agree – natural daylight is the best light when you apply your makeup. The brightness of daylight is 2,700 Kelvin. Adjust your product accordingly.
